Executive Coaching Process
Our Executive Coaching follows a simple process flow described below.

Initial Interview
We believe very strongly in an initial interview between the coaching candidate and the coach. Ideal candidates express a desire to learn new ways of doing things and want to be exposed to new approaches to doing business. In addition, wanting to learn something new is not the same as wanting to embrace change; one expresses intellectual curiosity, the other self-analysis and self-efficacy. Ideal candidates for Executive Coaching are looking to address the challenges they face in their business and willing to question their methods. They want to implement change in how they do business to achieve and sustain peak performance.
Coaching
The purpose is to address the issues and challenges in your business and help keep you accountable to ensure implementation. Coaching will also help guide you through the Portal and demonstrate how to use it to its full capacity to meet your objectives. While many of our clients have been engaged with our programs for a number of years, we ask that you commit to 12 months of coaching initially.
Forward Planning
At each 6 month interval, we summarize our progress to date and create a forward-looking plan to keep you on track.
